Zeno utilizes a reward point system in the form of tokens to motivate users to actively participate in the community and ecosystem. These tokens can be acquired through monetary buy-ins or by achieving predefined milestones as a platform user. These tokens can also be used as a form of governance, allowing users to have a stake in the decision-making process of the platform.
Additionally, we offer badges and certificates in the form of NFTs as a way to document and showcase the user's level of knowledge and achievements. This not only encourages continued learning and upskilling, but also allows users to demonstrate their skills and knowledge to potential employers or clients.
To encourage desired behavior, we have implemented transparent metrics and rewards for actively participating in quizzes and finishing courses. We also have a leaderboard ranking system to incentivize users to reach the level of top performers. Our platform also offers creative opportunities for users to gain tokens, such as offering more than multiple choice answers in quizzes.
To further improve user motivation and loyalty, we also offer additional bonuses such as the ability for users to plant a tree per year. This not only helps the environment, but also gives users a sense of accomplishment and connection to something larger than themselves.
