Habit Challenges

Habit formation is an essential part of personal and professional development, and Zeno's Habit Challenges aim to motivate and encourage users to build new beneficial habits. Habit Challenges are designed to help users stick to a routine and achieve their goals by breaking them down into manageable steps.

Users can sign up for different Habit Challenges, such as:

Fitness Challenge: This challenge is focused on developing a healthy lifestyle by incorporating regular exercise and a balanced diet. Users can track their progress and earn rewards for completing tasks such as a 75-day workout challenge, a 2x 45-min workout challenge, and a diet challenge.

Reading Challenge: This challenge is designed to encourage users to read more by providing them with a set of reading goals and rewards for completing them.

Early Riser Challenge: This challenge is aimed at helping users develop the habit of waking up early by providing them with a set of tasks to complete, such as waking up at 5:30 am and taking a progress picture.
